UT Law students have the opportunity to study on exchange at Vrije Universiteit (VU). VU is located in a southern district of Amsterdam and has approximately 22,000 students. The law department at VU has approximately 3000 students. In particular, VU University Amsterdam is renowned for its criminology research. The Faculty of Law of UV offers four different degrees: International Business Law, International Crimes and Criminology, Law and Politics of International Security, and a specialization in Transnational Legal Studies.

Program Cost
Students pay $75 app fee and regular UT tuition for semester abroad. There is also a reciprocal exchange fee of $500 for all students. Students are responsible for airfare, passport/VISA, housing, food, local transportation, living expenses, emergency and health insurance coverage per week. Financial aid and scholarships may be used.
