MAY TERM ABROAD: ITALIAN APPROACHES TO EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION

This May Term program allows students interested in early childhood development a unique opportunity to explore the childhood education approaches with a focus on approaches practiced in Italy. REA is an educational philosophy that encourages children in multi-sensory exploration and creative self-expression. In the 4-week intensive study abroad experience, participants will interact with diverse populations allowing for a greater appreciation of the way that cultural differences affect how parents and professionals work together to foster the optimal development of young children.
