Founded in 1893, Stockholm University's Department of Law maintains
the tradition of high-quality legal education with a focus on putting
theory into practice and taking full advantage of the expertise found
in an innovative, dynamic capital city.
Stockholm University offers a full range of educational possibilities
in law and is ranked among the top 100 law schools in the world. The
basic courses for the LL.M. degree are taught entirely in Swedish,
with a fast track program for people who already hold a law degree
from a non-EU country.
The internationally focused master's programmes are some of the most
highly regarded and highly competitive programs at the university and
have a strong, international reputation. Doctoral programmes can also
be completed in English.

Program Cost
Students pay $75 app fee and regular UT tuition for semester abroad. There is also a reciprocal exchange fee of $500 for all students. Students are responsible for airfare, passport/VISA, housing, food, local transportation, living expenses, emergency and health insurance coverage per week. Financial aid and scholarships may be used.
