Academic Information
You will earn 6 research credits over 6 weeks, conducting a faculty supervised, hands-on, directed study research project with results that will culminate in the preparation of a research paper. Faculty mentors will work closely with you to direct your continued growth and knowledge development in the chosen research topic discipline.

There are two universities for STEM Research in London: King's College London and Royal Veterinary College. KCL offers research in biomedical engineering, RVC offers research in veterinary science (large animal medicine), but also cell/molecular biology, genetics, neuroscience, Endocrinology

- Meeting minimum requirements does not guarantee acceptance
- Recomended 3.0 GPA, minimum 2.8 GPA for consideration
- Admission on rolling basis while projects last - apply ASAP
- KCL: Juniors 3.5 GPA, Seniors 3.3 GPA

Housing
Students are guaranteed accommodation in Arcadia student residences. Arcadia students typically share a room with one other, and share a bathroom and kitchen with 2-3 other rooms. Housing options have a comfortable, close-knit atmosphere with 24-hour live-in staff and free resident life events. A typical London commute is 30-45 minutes.

Program Cost
Students will pay $75 app fee, $600 affiliated registration fee and $19/wk for overseas insurance to UT Austin. Students pay a program fee (tuition, housing) to Arcadia (see provider website for more details). Federal financial aid and scholarships apply for full-time summer (6 credits)/semester (12) enrollment.
