The University of Sydney is Australia's first university and was
established in 1850. It is well known for its faculty and exceptional
research facilities. Sydney has a diverse population of 50,000
students who come from a variety of backgrounds. The campus is located
only ten minutes away from downtown and half an hour from ocean
beaches.
The summer program offers a selection of courses and a possible
internship. Students take 2 courses or 1 course plus an internship.
Companies vary from start-ups, technology firms, financial service
providers and non-profits. Internship Placement is competitive based
3.2 gpa, academic studies and a Skype interview.

Faculty
Courses taught by local faculty. Students have fewer contact hours with professors than they would have in the US. Students are expected to do extensive research and reading outside of class.

Program Cost
Students pay a one-time $75 application fee, an affiliated studies fee of $600 and a program fee. Students are responsible for all additional travel and living costs. Financial aid and scholarships used for courses in Austin are transferable to abroad.
