- Copenhagen, Denmark
Denmark's capital city Copenhagen, one of the oldest in Europe, is a thriving economic and cultural center that reveres its past but is not anchored to it. Known as one of the world's greenest cities, Copenhagen exhibits multiple approaches to environmentally sustainable living, such as its fine transportation infrastructure that supports mass train and metro transport as well as biking and walking. This beautiful city, famous for its aesthetic and design, is also known for its commitment to keeping the water around the city's piers clean enough to swim in it. Students will enjoy the harmony of the city's design, public art and the parks, gardens, and outdoor attractions. On this program, students take Engineering Communication (333T), a required course for all engineering majors that carries 2 flags: Writing and Ethics.
