API in Rome offers students multiple options to study abroad in an area rich with ancient history and modern influences. Students can study at John Cabot University, the American University of Rome, and the Universita Cattolica del Sacro Cuore. Each institution offers their own unique options for students to engage in academically, while API provides external support and cultural immersion opportunities.

There are many different API programs available in Rome. Programs partner with different universities including John Cabot University, Universita Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, and American University of Rome.
Faculty
Students can attend any of API's semester and summer programs in Rome, including Internships. Please include the program link in your UT application. Program costs can be found in the specific program pages, budgets listed on the UT program page are an estimate.

Housing
Students share an apartment with other API students. Apartments include a kitchen, 1 - 2 bathrooms, and a common area. Students are responsible for their own meals. Washing machines are available. Single rooms available for an additional fee.

Program Cost
Students will pay $75 application fee, $19/wk overseas insurance, and a $600 affiliated studies registration fee to UT Austin. Students pay an application and program fee (tuition, housing) to API. See API's website for more details. Federal financial aid and scholarships apply for full-time summer (6 credits)/semester (12) enrollment.
