Korea has one of the world's healthiest and longest-living populations
and, as the host of the 1988 Summer Olympics, and 2018 Winter
Olympics, it is the perfect location to study sports science, exercise
physiology, physical activity and health, sport nutrition, and
lifestyle behavior.
Students will experience excursions around Seoul such as the Korea
National Training Center, Olympic stadiums and venues, as well as
other cultural outings including a baseball game, mountain hiking,
taekwondo, and archery lessons.

Academic Information
Students earn three hours of in-residence credit upon successful completion of the program. Courses must be taken for a grade and are factored into the UT GPA. Students may apply for Global Cultures flag upon return.

Housing
Students stay in a local hotel near public transit lines. Daily breakfast provided. Student are required to live in program housing.

Program Cost
Program Fee; TBA. Program fee to include $500 non-refundable deposit, housing, breakfast, local transit pass, excursions, administrative, instructional costs, and on-site orientation. Program fee does not include airfare, books, insurance, meals (other than breakfast) or personal expenses.
