API: LUXURY DESIGN MANAGEMENT

 

Take the opportunity to study at two world renowned fashion & design schools, Parsons Paris - The New School and Polimoda in Florence through this traveling program, offered by API. Students will earn 6 credits while enjoying the opportunity to participate in cultural activities that will help enhance their experience in each city.

The specialized summer course examines the essence, the heritage and the organization of high-end industries. It focuses on the strategic development of French and Italian leading luxury sectors and provides an interdisciplinary understanding of their processes and specificities at the crossroads of design innovation, business and culture.

Program Cost

Students will pay $75 application fee, $19/wk overseas insurance, and a $600 affiliated studies registration fee to UT Austin. Students pay an application and program fee (tuition, housing) to API. See provider website for more details. Federal financial aid and scholarships apply for full-time summer (6 credits)/semester (12) enrollment.
