McCombs School of Business MBA students have the opportunity to study on exchange at Aalto University School of Business. Aalto is the largest and leading business school in Finland. In 2010 the Helsinki School of Economics, Helsinki University of Technology and the University of Art and Design Helsinki, merged to form Aalto University. Therefore Aalto University offers a multidisciplinary community in the fields of science, business, and design. The School of Business has about 4,000 students and over 500 faculty and staff. There are about 400 Masters degree students. The main campus is located in Helsinki, which was ranked 3rd in the world for quality of life by Monocle's the Most Livable Cities Index in 2013. The school hosts approx. 500 international students, totaling 14% of the student body. The degree program is offered in English.

Housing

Aalto offers some student housing, but space is limited and a room is guaranteed. Students should submit a housing application to the Intern Student Services. More information available on their housing website.

Program Cost

Students pay $75 app fee and regular UT tuition for semester abroad. S are responsible for airfare, passport/VISA, housing, food, local trans living. Students pay required emergency and health insurance coverage per week. Financial aid and scholarships may be used.
