IES: LONDON & INTERNSHIP

 

IES Abroad London programs offer students experiential learning opportunities in a diverse city. Students will benefit from a rich cultural life, with an exquisite theater scene, public transportation, and stunning architecture.

IES London offers various programs during the semester and summer. During the semester program, part-time internships are available, and full-time internship programs are also available in the summer and semester. Organized cultural activities and outings are offered. Additionally, IES organizes field trips outside of London.

Business majors in the IES London program for the fall or spring terms will work with Josh Rucker and Jasmine Bisheh in the BBA International Programs Office in McCombs.

Academic Information

Students may study at the IES center and/or take uni classes at City University, Queen Mary, University College, or Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts. Community-based learning and internships are available on select programs. McCombs students should apply through IES/BBA linked below.

Program Cost

Students pay $75 app. fee, $19/wk intl. insurance, and a $600 affiliated studies registration fee to UT. Students pay an app. and program fee (tuition, housing) to IES minus a $2000 grant (long sem. only). See IES website for details. Federal fin. aid and scholarships apply for full-time status (6 summer/12 semester credits).
