IES Madrid participants have the option of studying at four (4)
different locations: the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, the
Universidad Francisco de Vitoria (UFV), Universidad Carlos III
(Engineering Track, only), and/or the IES Study Center.

Academic Information
Semester students may choose to attend classes at the IES Center and/or enroll in local university courses at a partner university. Summer participants take classes with only summer participants. Part-time internships are available on some program tracks.

Housing
For the semester programs, students have the three (3) housing options: homestay, an off-campus residence hall with other international and Spanish students, or a student apartment. Summer students have the option of living in a homestay or student apartment.

Program Cost
Students pay $75 app. fee, $19/wk intl. insurance, and a $600 affiliated studies registration fee to UT. Students pay an app. and program fee (tuition, housing) to IES minus a $2000 grant (long sem. only). See IES website for details. Federal fin. aid and scholarships apply for full-time status (6 summer/12 semester credits).
