CHILEAN UNIVERSITIES PROGRAM, SANTIAGO

 

The capital of Chile, with a population of 8 million, Santiago is the economic and cultural heart of Chile and a great destination for a study abroad experience. Beautifully landscaped parks add green space to the city, which also enjoys delightfully mild temperatures and dry weather. Santiago offers all the cultural and entertainment possibilities of a metropolis but also is a convenient gateway for area beaches, mountains and outdoor adventure.

PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS - 1)Students choose courses from as many as three Santiago universities (Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Chile, Universidad de Chile and Universidad Diego Portales), 2) Classes are taught in Spanish by Chilean instructors, 3)All university classes are integrated with degree-seeking students, 4)Optional Directed Research Project available worth six credits.
