MERIDA HIGHLIGHTS - The capital and largest city of Yucatan, Merida lies in sharp contrast to many Americans' stereotypes about Mexican cities. The city is a compact and trainquil, yet cosmopolitan center of culture in southern Mexico. It's also famed for having a relaxed attitude and student-friendly atmosphere. Colonial Spanish architecture adds to Merida's beauty and personifies the city's long history, while a thriving Mayan influence shows in the local language and dress. In your spare time, take advantage of free evening concerts and Merida's exciting nightlife.

PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS - 1)Ranked top public university in Mexico, 2)A full range of course work is available in the social sciences, humanities, education, business and sciences, 3)Located among some of the most fascinating archaeological sites in Mexico
