Academic Information

This is a year-long program. Semester dates and costs are broken down for planning purposes. The year long program at LSE is called The General Course. Students take 4 courses each semester. Each course will earn students 4 UT credits. Excellent program for Economics, Government, and IRG majors.

Housing

All accepted students who apply for housing by the deadline of May 31st are guaranteed LSE accommodation in central London. Those who choose to live off campus will be provided with resources by LSE. Accommodation options vary in style, size, and price. The sample budget on this page is an example of a mid-price range option.

Program Cost

Students pay a $75 application fee to UT and a $600 affiliated studies fee for their semester abroad. Students must also pay the LSE General Course program fees. Students are responsible for airfare, passport/VISA, housing, food, local transportation, and general costs on living. Financial aid and scholarships may be used.
