Academic Information

Students must enroll in the equivalent of 12 UT hours of coursework per semester while at NUS. Please check the My Credit Abroad database for courses that have been previously evaluated. If your courses are not listed, please click on the link below to submit a course evaluation form.

Faculty

Students are taught by faculty at National University of Singapore. Most courses at NUS are 4 credit hour equivalents. Students on the general exchange will no longer be able to take BFP course equivalencies at NUS.

On-campus dorms are available but not guaranteed. Students must indicate on their intitial exchange application that they require on- campus housing. Students will also complete a separate housing application after they are accepted into the program.

Students pay a $75 non-refundable application fee and regular UT tuition and are responsible for airfare, passport/VISA, housing, food, local transportation, and other costs of living. Students are required to purchase international health insurance. Financial aid and scholarships may be used.

Academic Information

All courses are taught in English. NUS is academically challenging, and students are very competitive. Exams and grades are considered confidential, and exams are not returned or discussed with the professors. NUS has a range of classes for most business majors, including a few of our core business classes.

Students pay a $75 application fee, $500 Exchange Admin fee, and regular UT tuition for their semester exchange. Students are responsible for airfare, passport/VISA, housing, transportation, and costs of living. Participants pay required emergency health insurance coverage at $19 per week. Financial aid and scholarships can be used.

Academic Information

All courses are taught in English. NUS is an academically rigorous and open to all majors. Exams are not returned by the professors and are not reviewed for changes. Students must register for a minimum of 12 hours and can take a combination of Engineering and other courses or just engineering courses.

Faculty
