- Oxford, England
Founded in the 10th century, Oxford is the oldest English-speaking
University in the world. The university is comprised of 39
distinctive, self-managing colleges. Your studies will be driven by
your intellectual interests and will require a significant amount of
self-motivation and curiosity. Each college has its own unique
character which has been shaped by centuries of history and tradition.
While the range of courses offered is broad, you will be expected to
focus on a couple of subjects in depth.
Students who choose the Pre-Med Program at St. Anne's College at
Oxford will have the opportunity to study biochemistry, molecular cell
biology, history and philosophy of science, and pharmacology while
benefiting from the unique tutorial approach that distinguishes an
Oxford education.
