Academic Information

Study Abroad students at QMUL can choose modules from any department (except medicine and dentistry) provided that they fit into your schedule and that you meet any necessary prerequisites. For further information about QMUL modules and a full listing of all modules on offer please check the Online Module Directory.

Faculty

All subject areas are open to Study Abroad students and you can choose to concentrate in one area or select modules from up to four different departments. Summer School info can be found on the summer program page ("Sponsored by QMUL"), or the link below. Summer School is offered as an exchange until spots are filled.

Housing

Students going for a full-year are guaranteed housing. A single room is standard. Students going for less than a year are not guaranteed housing, but will receive priority consideration if applying by the accommodation deadline (mid-July for the fall term and mid-October for the spring term).

Program Cost

Students pay a one-time $75 application fee and regular UT tuition. Students responsible for airfare, passport/Visa, food, local transportation, and general costs of living. Financial aid and scholarships can be used.

Program Cost

Students pay $75 app fee and regular UT tuition for semester abroad. There is also a reciprocal exchange fee of $500 for all students. Academic Information

There are two sessions, and students will take one course per session. Courses are in the following subject areas: Arts, Film, Culture; Economics, Business, Management; Global Cities; Health; Law; Politics; Science and Technology.

Faculty

Four spots available for exchange, with capacity for spill over to the affiliate codes. Exchange students will pay UT tuition and coursework will come back as in residence. Exchange processing fee is $500, affiliate processing fee is $600. Exchange students apply with code 100020, affiliate/direct enroll students apply with code 290118.

Housing

Students are guaranteed housing on campus. Typically, one room in an apartment with a shared kitchen/bathroom. Accommodation fees are separate from Tuition fees. Students doing the program as an exchange or a direct enroll are able to apply for on campus housing.

Program Cost

Exchange students will pay UT tuition to UT, housing fees directly to QMUL. The direct enroll option will pay tuition fees and housing directly to QMUL. All students will pay an exchange or affiliate processing fee, $19/week tuition, and a $75 application fee to UT. Financial aid can apply only if taking two courses.
