The Sibelius Academy is part of the University of Arts, one of the biggest and most prestigious arts colleges in Europe. In addition to providing the highest education in the field of music, it engages in performance and creative art and research and is committed to the fostering of Finland's musical culture and cultural heritage. Academic Information
Students must apply to Sibelius directly by Feb. 28, including submission of their audition files. Simultaneously, you must apply with UT for exchange so that UT can nominate you as an exchange student. Both must happen to go on exchange.
Faculty
Students will take a full course load (24-30 ECTS) in their chosen instrument/musical focus. To find potential courses, look at the study guide for the specific study option at the search linked below.

Program Cost
Tuition is the same as your UT rate, and you budget your own costs of living while abroad. Students may need to travel to consulate in New York to obtain a residence permit.
