UT-Austin students have the opportunity to study at the Universita
Commerciale Luigi Bocconi. This exchange program will be of interest
to students specifically in Law and Business (BBA and undergraduate
iMPA). Founded in 1902, Bocconi is a private university offering
degrees in business, economics and law. Considered Italy's leading
economics and business academic institution and among the top 25
business school in Europe, Bocconi offers programs in English from
Bachelor to PhD levels. Located in Milan, a city known for its
fashion, design and culture, students can enjoy skiing on the Alps or
visiting the Riviera, both only hours away.
Students take regular university courses with locals. There is no
prior language requirement, as a wide selection of courses is taught
in English. Participants earn regular UT in-residence credit. All
grades earned for the courses are computed into the official UT GPA.

Program Cost
Students pay a $75 application fee, $500 Exchange Admin fee, and regular UT tuition for their semester exchange. Students are responsible for airfare, passport/VISA, housing, transportation, and costs of living. Participants pay required emergency health insurance coverage at $19 per week. Financial aid and scholarships can be used.

These two steps, info session attendance, and advising appointment, must be completed two weeks before an application deadline to be eligible to apply.
