Reservation Information Check-In: Check-in will be held at San Jacinto Residence Hall, 9 AM - 11 PM on June 1, 2019. If you are unable to arrive during the main check in period, indicate your expected date and time of arrival in the ADA Accommodation Needs section. Check-out time is 11 AM on June 8, 2019.
Conference Rates: Conference rates include lodging for 7 nights. The conference rate is $168 per person for double occupancy.

Payment is due at the time of registration. Until your payment is received, your reservation is not complete. You can use your Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express card to pay online for your room reservation. You also have the option to mail a check with your payment or written purchase order to the address provided.
Please note that a processing fee of $50 is charged for all cancellations. Cancellation refunds are made by check and sent to the address indicated on your reservation.
