Congratulations to senior Tanvi Ingle, recipient of The University of Texas at Austin 2022 President's Student Employee of the Year Award!
Tanvi is a Biochemistry Major in the College of Natural Sciences and works as an Undergraduate Research Assistant with the COVID-19 Modeling Consortium. In her job, she leveraged modeling to better allocate isolation rooms for people experiencing homelessness (PEH) in Austin who tested positive for COVID-19. Working closely with a research associate, Tanvi led a project to assist the City of Austin in estimating isolation bed needs for the PEH population.
