Provide administrative support to an executive administrator in a complex, diverse and fast-paced work environment. Responsible for operation of the executive administrator's office.
Provide executive level administrative support for the areas the Vice President for Administration and Government Relations oversees as well as any other projects that position is involved with. Supervise student assistants, and coordinate their clerical tasks including copying, filing, faxing, document creation, and personnel records. Maintain all budget related functions associated with vice president's accounts, including preparing reports from a variety of data. Report preparation in responding to official inquiries.
Assist with research, assessment plans, and various reports. Other related functions as assigned.
Bachelor's Degree and three years of executive administrative support experience. Proficiency using computers and office software packages. Equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.
Master's Degree, two or more years experience in budget management at the University, and knowledge of rules and process of the UT System.
May work around standard office conditions Repetitive use of a keyboard at a workstation Possible evenings and weekends.
