Provides professional and technical skills for specialized projects and services.

Essential Functions

Participates in the development, planning, and implementation of project criteria, procedures, and standards. Performs on-site reviews and reports activities and resolution of project operating issues with project staff. Serves as liaison for quality, schedule compliance, and budget allocations. Confers with project personnel to help facilitate problem resolutions. Interprets and evaluates field data and recommends revisions to project managers. Assists with data validation activities, reports issues, and provides feedback to project team. Assist with testing scenarios in preparation for system releases. Assist with the creation of training material and delivers training to campus users. Assists campus users with issues, and where they cannot be resolved, escalates to next level. Prepares and compares preliminary and final specifications of documents. Knowledge of all Microsoft Office software and able to learn and use institutional software systems. Complies with all State and University policies.

Required qualifications

Bachelors degree from four year college or university within area of assigned responsibility. Two years related experience to the statement of duties and responsibilities; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Use of standard computer equipment. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Preferred Qualifications

Experience using the Financial module (FMS) as well as the HR module (HCM) of PeopleSoft. Excellent communication skills and experience providing training to large groups. Experience communicating effectively through the phone. Technology savvy.
