Provide professional administrative and coordination skills in the coordination of all phases and activities of the UTA Division for Enterprise Development's, OSHA Outreach Trainer Program.
Supervises and coordinates OSHA Outreach Trainer Program policies and diagnostic procedures in support of Division, training activities, and reporting. Requires a thorough understanding of the functions, programs and policies of the University and the Division. Assists in the management of administrative staff services and in developing and implementing internal controls, monitoring, and records retention procedures. Provides student registration support and processing, maintains class material inventory and logistics, and administers instructor and course documentation. Reviews, prepares, and distributes student credentials. Provides administrative assistance to ensure attainment of program objectives, and coordinates all activities and support functions of the Outreach Portal. Informs appropriate administrative and management personnel regarding program operations. Interacts with university departments, special groups and external agencies in administering programs.

Bachelor's degree in a field related to the department and 2 years of experience in increasingly responsible administrative and coordination experience OR High School with 6 years of increasingly responsible administrative and coordination experience. Proficiency in all phases of duties performed, experienced in the use of Microsoft Office applications and automated business management systems.
