Provides administration, support, and development of capital project delivery support systems in alignment with OFPC processes, policies, and industry best practices.
Provide configuration, administration, group training, and end-user support for OFPC's project and program delivery systems, including online communication, collaboration, scheduling, and reporting tools. Assist in process, policy and user needs assessments to recommend and implement continuous improvements in OFPC's program delivery systems. Assist in the development and application of training methods and materials relating to operations and support of delivery systems. Design custom forms, process workflows, data analysis, queries and reports in support of UT System's Capital Improvement Program. Work with internal and external departments, product vendors, and service providers with service agreements, problem analysis, resolution, and mitigation. Track and analyze industry trends and best practices relating to capital program and project delivery systems. Evaluate performance of assigned staff. Develop appropriate succession plans for positions within span of control, including training of assigned staff on new policies and procedures as required.

Bachelor's degree or high school diploma or GED equivalent with 7 years of related experience
3 years of experience in design and construction utilizing project management, controls, and reporting software systems.
