Oversee and direct communications between the School of Law and various constituencies--principally alumni, admitted students, and the general public.
Develop and implement a communications strategy for the law school. Oversee content creation over multiple platforms: print, web, email, social, and traditional media. Manage the law school's media relations.
Other related functions as assigned.
Bachelor's degree. Excellent management and administrative abilities, writing skills, interpersonal skills, analytical, and verbal communication skills. Equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.
Several years of work experience in one or more of the following fields: print, web, social media, marketing, design, and/or journalism. Advanced education in a communications or law-related field. Understanding of effective graphic design, branding principles, and the use of the internet and social media as means of communication.
