To provide assistance implementing the University Tutorial and Supplemental Instruction (SI) programs.
Coordinates and implements a recruiting and hiring plan for Tutors and Supplemental Instruction Leaders. Implements marketing strategies to inform students about services in University Tutorial and Supplemental Instruction. Assists Coordinators with training, supervision, and evaluation of 150+ Tutors and SI Leaders. Oversees data collection from tutors and students and reporting for program assessment purposes. Collaborates with Student Support Services and other tutoring programs on campus as needed. Provides back-fill office assistance to sign-up students seeking tutoring during high traffic. Performs related duties as assigned.

Bachelor's degree in education or human behavior relations disciplines. Equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.
Master's degree. Previous experience working at a college level learning center, or with a nationally recognized Supplemental Instruction program as a professional or student employee. At least one year experience working with college or post high school students in a mentoring or coaching capacity. Excellent written and oral communication skills required. Experience conducting professional presentations or training workshops recommended.
