Purpose

This position will assist the Administrative Assistant in the Department of Curriculum and Instruction.

Essential Functions

Process various Academic Partnership appointments and provide pertinent access for instructors. Assist with purchasing and processing of payroll and royalty documents. Arrange faculty travel, faculty search candidate travel, and process various reimbursement documents. Assist with scheduling classrooms and updating faculty information. Answer phones and perform other office and departmental tasks as needed.

Marginal/Incidental functions

Other functions as assigned.

Required qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 1 year upper level secretarial experience or high school or equivalent with 5 years of administrative, secretarial and clerical experience. Preferred Qualifications
