To provide clerical and reception support to all departmental staff within the Office of General Counsel; assist with monthly accounting reconciliations.
Answers phones, greets visitors, opens/distributes mail. Works on monthly account reconciliations. Scanning of documents into file system. Handles complex copy jobs. Assists the Legal Adminsitrative Assistants with entry of information into databases. Helps with transcribing tapes of meetings, legislative analysis, etc. Helps with processing travel vouchers and other forms for assistants. Delivers documents to AG's office, campus, and other locations as needed.
Licenses: Class "C" Operator's Driver's License. Applicant selected must provide a current three year Driving Record from the current state of residence. If not currently a Texas resident, must obtain a Texas Driver's License within 30 days after entering Texas as a new resident.
Other related functions as assigned.
