Position will be responsible for receiving office guest and assisting students with questions. This position is critical as it will be one of the first persons to receive guest and answer their questions.
Manages Associate Dean's calendars and independently schedules appointments. Liason to Liberal Arts students needing assistance answering an academic career question. Process student time sheets. Maintain departmental inventory records. track, issue, and catalog all purchase requisition numbers, requisitions, and purchase orders. Acts as a liaison for management by effectively interacting with faculty and campus personnel. May serve as a human resources liaison by processing personnel action paperwork in conjunction with established organizational policies and procedures. This position may be responsible for ensuring a timely and accurate processing of personnel action paperwork; maintains attendance reports for classified and Administrative and Professional personnel; maintains personnel training files. Process and file new appointments or changes in appointments via BIS/HRMS or KRONOS systems; processes payment vouchers for training or education reimbursements. Input and log work orders and inputs employment data; tracks and ensures employment evaluations satisfy deadlines. Arranges complex and detailed travel plans and itineraries, compiles documents for travel-related meetings, and accompanies supervisor when requested. Knowledge of all Microsoft Office software and able to learn and use institutional software systems. Complies with all State and University policies. Other duties may be assigned.

Minimum Education required: Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school within area of assigned responsibility. Fluent in English and Spanish; knowledge of web page maintenance; Customer service oriented; Willing to work independently and in teams; Understanding of account reconciliation process.
