Additional Information

Purpose

Provide support to the Director of Annual Fund for ticket allocations, assist with parking and scan card distributions within stated policies and procedures for all sports. Accountable for donor revenue generation.

Essential Functions

Assist with ticket allocations and sales for all sports. Serve as back-up with parking allocations and marketing for all sports with the objective of maximizing sales revenue. Serve as back-up with scan card purchasing for all sports. Assist with the student call center. Provide exemplary customer service to annual fund donors in order to increase donor purchasing activity. Adhere to all applicable university, state, and federal regulations. Recommend improvements to current systems for both service and revenue enhancement. Manage a hospitality club on football game day.

Licenses: Class "C" Operator's Driver's License. Applicant selected must provide a current three year Driving Record from the current state of residence. If not currently a Texas resident, must obtain a Texas Driver's License within 30 days after entering Texas as a new resident.

Required qualifications

Bachelors degree and three years experience working in athletics development (donor revenue generation) or development in higher education. Excellent customer service skills. Exceptional interpersonal skills and communications skills, verbal and written. Presentation skills. Highly developed sense of personal integrity. Professional demeanor. Equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.

Preferred Qualifications

Masters degree. A minimum of five years experience in athletics development or development in higher education.

Working conditions

May work around standard office conditions Repetitive use of a keyboard at a workstation This position may require extended work hours, especially prior to and during football, basketball and baseball seasons.
