Provides administrative, managerial, and service coordination to 4 functional groups within Networking and Telecommunications; coordinates services through CBO-Telecom office; manages contracts/relations with external cellular providers.
Provides administrative, managerial, and service management to 4 functional groups within Networking and Telecommunications including Building Security Systems, Telecom Services, Audio Visual and the ITS Warehouse. Coordinates CBO-Telecom business office support and billing interactions with client base. Manages cellular antennae system contracts and relationships. Manages large projects. Tracks expenses, maintains and forecasts budgets.
Other related functions as assigned.
Bachelors degree. Two years of management experience in the services areas. Six years experience in telecommunications and/or building security. Demonstrated skill at managing large projects. Demonstrated management of multilevel organizations with over 10 employees. Demonstrated excellent customer service skills. Demonstrated experience negotiating contracts with external vendors. Demonstrated experience in budgeting, planning, management, and forecasting. Excellent communication and written skills. Equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.
Higher Education job experience. Demonstrated skill at managing multi-year projects more than 2 million dollars across a large diverse university (or company). Demonstrated management of multilevel organizations with over 25 employees. Demonstrated experience working with legal staff on long-term contracts and enforcement.
