Support the Financial Information Systems (FIS) team as an IT member by researching, analyzing, designing, developing, and implementing automated technology related to the FIS mission. Provide maintenance and enhancement support for the FIS system.
Use various technologies to research, analyze, design, code, test, and implement FIS related application software. Oversee complex automation projects, including establishing deadlines and deliverable, assigning tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring quality. Work with clients to evaluate, identify, and plan automation projects. Investigate, learn, use, and help participate in best practice development for new technologies. Give presentations, write white papers and be able to summarize analysis into a report. Develop curricula and teach classes consisting of technical material, system applications, and programming languages.

Possesses and applies comprehensive knowledge of application programming or analysis. Three or more years experience in systems design, analysis and programming. Experience doing analysis of and programming in Natural and Adabas. Demonstrated ability to learn and apply new technologies. Demonstrated ability to analyze, test, and debug complex code. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to work effectively, both independently and collaboratively, in a team oriented environment. Equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.
