Serve as a member of a team to handle logistics of contracted services, open sessions, and other projects in the K-12 Services area of the Charles A. Dana Center, and contribute to the collaborative process of managing and developing services.
Work with staff members and district personnel in a collaborative effort to schedule and coordinate contracted services in the Dana Center. Facilitate communication among Dana Center staff, resolving or redirecting issues in a timely fashion; assessing, researching, and prioritizing internal and external incoming correspondence; and drafting responses or responding directly as appropriate. In collaboration with the Contracts Administrator and the Team Lead for Administrative Support, monitor timelines and deliverables, including the management of one or more organizational calendars, BaseCamp, and sales software. Participate in team meetings, identifying action items, and following up to ensure action items are addressed by appropriate parties. Schedule meetings (telephone, in person, conference, and videoconference) for multiple participants, planning and coordinating all logistical details for meetings and special events, and delegating tasks to administrative staff as needed and appropriate. Design, organize, and maintain both paper and electronic records associated with multiple projects.

Licenses: Class "C" Operator's Driver's License. Applicant selected must provide a current three year Driving Record from the current state of residence. If not currently a Texas resident, must obtain a Texas Driver's License within 30 days after entering Texas as a new resident.
Bachelor's degree in a field related to the duties to be performed. Five years of experience coordinating or administering a program. Equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.
Demonstrated strong communication skills, both verbal and written English, and demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with internal and external constituents; strong organizational skills and the ability to manage concurrent projects with shifting deadlines; professional demeanor; strong proofreading and editing skills, including grammar, punctuation, and consistency of format and style; and strong computer skills, including use of MS Office.
May work around standard office conditions Lifting and moving Travel, including air travel and driving personal or rental vehicle. Occasional weekend, overtime or evening work.
