To assist Administrative Manager with centralized business processing for CoLA.
Create various vouchers in DEFINE or on the web for payment processing. Work in a team environment to provide excellent customer support in all areas of administrative service. Serve units in the College of Liberal Arts by providing knowledgeable, reliable information based on university and college policy and procedures. Conduct research as necessary to find accurate responses to queries from staff in CoLA.
Other related functions as assigned.
High school graduation or GED. Three years of experience with clerical functions. Excellent and demonstrated oral and written communication skills. Excellent and demonstrated organizational skills. Professional demeanor. Ability to maintain punctual, dependable hours on a regular basis. Experience providing proactive exceptional customer service. Equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.
Bachelor's degree. More than three years clerical or customer related service. Familiarity with university policies and procedures.
May work around standard office conditions Repetitive use of a keyboard at a workstation
