Coordinate communication and marketing strategies for the Human Dimensions of Organizations (HDO), which offers day-long professional training and a professional Master of Arts degree. Assist in establishing marketing goals and objectives that increase enrollment.
Develop and implement a marketing strategy to promote awareness of and increase enrollment in HDO's day-long professional education courses and its master of arts degree. Develop and maintain social media and online presence. Find, create, and/or organize opportunities to promote HDO to local, national, and international audiences. Assist associate director in developing and editing content for brochures, emails, ads, press release, website, social media, etc. Prepare evaluative marketing reports and analyses.
Other related functions as assigned.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, or related field. Three years of marketing experience with increasing responsibilities. Proven experience with online marketing efforts, including social media experience. Ability to think creatively to come up with new and unique ideas for executing marketing objectives. Strong editing skills. Ability to balance projects and work under tight deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills; ability to communicate and develop a good rapport with varying levels of constituents. Ability to develop action plans and set priorities. Professional demeanor. Equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.
Liberal Arts undergraduate degree with advanced degree in marketing or communications. More than the required number of years marketing experience. Experience with graphic design, website development, professional education, and/or event planning.
Occasional weekend and evening hours.
