The Diversity Certificate is an interdisciplinary certificate that will provide interested undergraduate students the opportunity to gain specialized knowledge, values, and skills in racial and ethnic relations, gender and sexuality, and social and economic inequality, to advance themselves as successful employees and leaders in our global world.
This position will coordinate and maintain the program, recruit students to the program, provide academic advisement to students for successful completion of the certificate, and facilitate data collection on the effectiveness of the program.

Although technology will be utilized in this position, this position will require face-to-face interaction with students, faculty and staff across the university community. Other functions as assigned.
Bachelors degree and four years experience in a related field; Masters degree preferred. Demonstrated knowledge and professional experience with an expertise in the area of diversity. Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills. Two years experience recruiting and/or counseling students in academic and scholastic matters at the university level.
