To perform administrative tasks to support the Director of Program Development and Senior Program Coordinators in the logistics and day to day operations of the Recovery Institute Programs.
Manage scheduling and registration for Recovery institute trainings, meetings, webinars, and conference calls. Coordinate travel arrangements with consultants, trainers and training participants. Work cooperatively with the Via Hope contract specialist to ensure contracts for hotels and other training venues meet the needs of the program and are developed in a timely manner. Assist the Senior Program Coordinators in planning the logistics of workforce training by ordering meals, printing materials, setting up training venues, and performing other tasks as assigned. Perform administrative responsibilities such as ordering office supplies. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Minimum of high school degree and three years work experience in a position with similar responsibilities. Working knowledge of standard office software (WORD, Escel, Powerpoint, etc.). Good organizational and communication skills. Equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.
Prefer Bachelor's Degree and familiarity with database software.
