Assist in the support of functions in the Graduate Nursing Program, act as an information person for the MSN Programs.
Counsels prospective and new students regarding admission requirements, eligibility for admission, admission status and potential transfer course credit. Includes incoming phone calls, emails, and walk-in queries. Processes applications for graduate admission. Evaluates undergraduate and graduate transcripts and test scores. Evaluates application materials for completeness and communicates deficiencies with applicant. Develop various routine correspondence and reports using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Assist in preparing materials for MSN Orientations and Forums. Represents MSN Programs at student recruitment events.

60 completed college credit hours. 2 years of responsible clerical and data entry experience. Requires knowledge of personal computer and MS Word and Excel programs and other standard office equipment. Proficient in all phases of work. Good communication skills. Bachelor's degree in a related field or enrolled in college. Proficiency in spelling, business math, and grammar. Excellent communication skills.
