Manage and oversee the recruiting, evaluation, selection and enrollment of the full-time incoming MBA classes.
Manage full-time class profile through admissions committee and proper reporting. Manage based on class profile goals set by MBA leadership team. Ensure targets are met through outreach, recruiting, and yield initiatives for all applicants and admitted students. Lead the FT deferral and waitlist management process. Recruit and counsel prospective MBA students on requirements, policies and procedures of admissions process; travel to recruit students and market program. Support various admissions recruiting events through out the season (extensive travel). Evaluate applicants for admission. Interview candidates and provide feedback on qualifications and admission criteria. Review applications and give feedback on decisions. Oversee assigned targeted application groups. Train/Manage admissions officers and administrative staff. Participate on as needed basis on working-professional and executive MBA recruiting and applicant evaluation activities. Support MBA Marketing Team on full-time perspective of the following items: Event Campaign Development/Execution (Tours; Roadshows; Special Events), Online/Email/Social Media Campaign Development/Execution, Print Materials/Website Development/Execution.

Bachelor's degree. A combination of five years of experience coordinating programs or recruiting in education or corporate environment. At least 3 years experience working in admissions, development, marketing, communications, recruiting, or university administration. Sensitivity to academic and cultural diversity with a commitment to creating an environment in which all students can succeed. Demonstrated ability to work with external groups and organizations. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills. Strong interpersonal and team skills. Demonstrated strong organizational and multi-tasking skills. Ability to work independently with little supervision. Willing to travel domestically and internationally for recruiting purposes. Professional demeanor. Equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.
Masters of Business Administration or another related field. Knowledge of graduate/MBA admissions in Full-time market strongly preferred. Experience working in an environment making strategic decisions. Experience working with a diverse group of peers, faculty, administrative personnel, and prospective applicants.
