Employee will coordinate needs assessment program as funded by the Department of Assistive and Rehabilitative Services and will assist with Child Care Market Rate Survey Project as funded by the Texas Work Commission.
Oversee needs assessment program and its activities, including setting goals and monitoring progress and outcomes. Develop reports, presentations or other documents. Plan agendas and schedule meetings for needs assessment program. Organize resource materials for needs assessment program and Child Care Market Rate Survey Project. Compile and enter data for charts, graphs, databases, summaries, and reports. Coordinate purchasing of project materials Coordinate activities with Center for Social Work Research staff to ensure organizational procedures are adhered to. Other related functions as assigned.

Licenses: Class "C" Operator's Driver's License. Applicant selected must provide a current three year Driving Record from the current state of residence. If not currently a Texas resident, must obtain a Texas Driver's License within 30 days after entering Texas as a new resident.
Bachelor's degree. Five years of experience coordinating or administering a program. Equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.
Experience coordinating program that involves research such as a needs assessment. Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
May work around standard office conditions Repetitive use of a keyboard at a workstation
