Design, develop, maintain, and enhance systems that support Identity and Access Management (IAM) services.
Conduct systems analysis and programming for IAM systems. Provide operational and customer support for IAM services, including monitoring systems, providing customer service, issue investigation, and documentation. Manage projects, including planning and monitoring of project tasks, communicating project status to stakeholders, and ensuring timely completion of milestones. Manage application quality; participate in validation, testing, and documentation of product releases. Work collaboratively with customers and stakeholders to elicit requirements, identify functional and technical solutions, and investigate and resolve issues. Three years of experience in systems design, analysis, and programming. Production programming experience with an object oriented language. Production experience with SQL databases. Possesses and applies comprehensive knowledge of software development principles. Demonstrated ability to analyze, test, and debug complex code. At least two years object oriented application development experience against relational databases. Experience with the configuration and optimization of enterprise-level service/applications. Experience with Unix or Linux command line utilities and with Unix or Linux shell scripting. Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Strong written and verbal communication skills with both non-technical and technical users. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team and independently. Demonstrated ability to successfully meet deadlines. Equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.
Three years of professional experience in Linux/Unix-based system integration, administration, and support. Four years of experience with core Java. Experience with software build tools, such as Ant, Gradle or Maven. Experience with version control software, such as Subversion, Git or Mercurial. Experience with automated testing tools, such as JUnit, TestNG, or Selenium. Experience with application development middleware (APIs, Enterprise Service Bus (ESB, etc.), web services (REST, SOAP) and/or Enterprise Resource Planning systems. Demonstrated ability to configure and support Apache web servers. Experience administering or working with LDAP directories. Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing technology. Experience performing security testing. Experience working on complex technical projects. Experience with identity management and/or authentication software. Experience with implementing/integrating vendor software packages into a production environment. Experience mentoring junior developers.
