Manages one or more highly complex IT focused programs (with multiple projects) that have enterprise wide business impact and risks. Oversees program scheduling, development and implementation, and coordinates communication with management, functional users, project team members, and other stakeholders.
Manages, develops, directs and evaluates assigned complex IT program or projects utilizing accepted project management methodologies and communication and consultation with clients, project team members and other stakeholders. Develops project plans including project life cycle, budgets, resource requirements, change management processes, risk management, key milestones, communication mechanisms, test plans and deliverables. Leads application, functional, infrastructure or technology project teams, with the responsibility for small to midsize projects that require collaboration of multiple staff during project lifecycle. Works independently and exercises good judgment. Recognizes what needs to be done and responds effectively and in a timely manner. Demonstrates flexibility and creativity in effectively addressing both internal and external challenges.

Extensive knowledge of project management practices and subject matter expert with demonstrated, proven track record of delivering large IT projects on schedule that meet customer expectations. Five or more years of experience managing and leading large IT projects. Demonstrated excellent customer-facing and listening skills. Demonstrated ability to work effectively, both independently and collaboratively, in a team oriented environment. Strong supervisory and leadership skills. Bachelor's degree in fields related to Project Management or relevant disciplines. Equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.
Demonstrated success in managing a highly complex IT focused program consisting of multiple projects. Three or more years of demonstrated IT Project management at enterprise level. Demonstrated ability to drive effective results in a diverse and challenging environment. Demonstrated ability in motivating others and managing conflict. Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
