Provide the functional and technical expertise and high-level decision making required to support and advance the enterprise wide software functions for UTARI. Manage the team for all units within UTARI. Maintaining excellence in both hardware management and software systems programming.
Be the main IT/IS representative to all business units at UTARI, understanding and managing IT strategies and processes as well as adherence to all policies and practices at UTARI and UTA. Develop and manage business and system processes to be streamlined to become more effective and efficient across all UTARI business units. Oversee all IT business solution tools and support activities and prioritize all solutions/tools and processes to align closely with UTARI's Strategic Operations Plan. Candidate must anticipate future application system needs and capacity requirements, and implement appropriate actions to guarantee the application system meets the required need. Candidate will oversee all enterprise-wide tools like Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and MS Project and MS SharePoint in efforts to improve overall UTARI effectiveness across the enterprise. Point of contact for management of external suppliers and contractors that deliver application system needs and guarantee the business requirements and deliverable timeliness Design and manage overall UTARI UIT business and system change initiatives. This will be in coordination with the Executive Leadership at UTARI Candidate conducts studies of projected enhancements in hardware and software, and presents recommendations to the Executive Leadership at UTARI. Manage performance measurement and evaluation of all IT systems. Determine and direct performance improvement activities.

Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field. Four years of experience in systems programming, with at least three years in software related to that in use by the installation, and one year in supervisory capacity. Total experience more than 5 years in several functions in IT - 3 years experience in IT application support - 2 years experience in CRM, ERP, or other Business Solution Tools management - 2 years experience in Project Management and System Development Life Cycle management - 1 year experience in Database Administration - 4 years of experience in enterprise-wide systems programming - 3 years of experience in software related to that systems programming in use by the installation - 1 year in a managerial/supervisory capacity.
