To provide responsible, complex administrative and coordination support for promotional product team and a number of departmental service lines.

Essential Functions

Responsible for performing administrative tasks in support of promotional product, UT Line, and copier management program operations. Prepare forms and complete templates related to estimates, inventory orders and departmental agreements. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of projects transactions and prepare status reports. Perform related duties as required. Securely manage sensitive information and exercise discretion with financial information. Maintain marketing calendar, activities and compile information for reports. Assist in preparing marketing collateral for team and department. Light web database maintenance. Help maintain and catalog product samples. Use spreadsheet software to maintain current and accurate inventory information from multiple sites. Assist in preparing and disseminating regular communication for copier management program and document issues in an electronic database. Maintain hard copy files of agreements and pertinent correspondence.

Licenses: Class "C" Operator's Driver's License. Applicant selected must provide a current three year Driving Record from the current state of residence. If not currently a Texas resident, must obtain a Texas Driver's License within 30 days after entering Texas as a new resident.

Required qualifications

High school graduation or GED. Basic math and writing skills. Three years of experience with clerical functions. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word. Experience using online databases. Equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.

Preferred Qualifications

Two years of college or an Associate's Degree. Two years of direct customer service experience. Two years of project coordination experience.
