To provide Front Desk and General Office Coverage, Customer Service and Human Resources support for the department.

Essential Functions

Assist with HR/Administrative Office functions and documents, reports, and other related duties, as needed. Maintain personnel files. Answer phones. Faxing, Scanning, Uploading electronic documents and making copies Review and process new hire documents; create documents in HRMS for hiring process. Process appropriate personnel forms and electronic documents.

Marginal/Incidental functions

Other related functions as assigned.

Required qualifications

Bachelor's degree and one year of experience at the Administrative Assistant level, or high school graduation or GED, and five years of clerical experience, including one year of experience at the Administrative Assistant level. Prior Human Resources experience a must. Proficient knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment. Professional demeanor. Demonstrated attention to detail to ensure accuracy. Prior Human Resources experience. Regular and punctual attendance. Must be flexible to work overtime as needed during peak business periods.

Preferred Qualifications

Bilingual (Fluent in Spanish - able to translate and interpret) Experience creating, reviewing, and approving documents in HRMS. Excellent computer skills including the use of databases and spreadsheets. Understanding and sensitivity to confidential information and situations. Prior Human Resources experience.
