Position is assigned to support UTHS. Work hours require consistent start time and end time. Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full time basis for any employer.

Additional Information

Purpose

Assist with processing final exams and credit by exams for UT High School. Follow established systems and procedures and communicate with external partners to ensure timely and accurate processing, scoring, and grade reporting.

Essential Functions

Prepare Final Exams and Credit by Exams for scoring. Organize scantrons and log information into internal database to document individual exam processes. Communicate with internal staff regarding exam information. Process Final Exam and Credit by Exam requests in a timely fashion while ensuring test security, student confidentiality, accuracy, and timeliness. Assist with maintaining student records related to testing and score reporting. Assist with archiving, grade report distribution, and records retention in paper and online formats for Final Exams and Credit by Exams. Contribute as a productive, proactive team member who supports program goals by cross training and working on a variety of exam, training, and customer support tasks, including technology support, and customer service.

Marginal/Incidental functions

Other related functions as assigned.

Licenses: Class "C" Operator's Driver's License. Applicant selected must provide a current three year Driving Record from the current state of residence. If not currently a Texas resident, must obtain a Texas Driver's License within 30 days after entering Texas as a new resident.

Required qualifications

High school diploma required. Three years clerical experience. Attention to detail. Professional demeanor. Ability to meet deadlines. Equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in education or related field. Three years experience in data entry. Three years experience in testing center.
