Understand and contribute to the development of overall Health Transformation Building (HTB) program marketing strategies, and specialty-specific care team(s) as assigned to help HTB-based practices achieve their goals.

Essential Functions

Join identified clinical care teams as the marketing liaison. Learn in full detail clinical care teams clinical business models. Participate in all development and operations meetings. Work to thoroughly understand teams goals, challenges, successes and issues. Be familiar with the program's practice space and processes, and develop critical working partnerships with all team members. Develop written website and other materials to describe, promote, brand and define clinical programs, physicians and associated care delivery professionals for the following: website presence and branding descriptions; direct to patient promotion; referring physician and community physician relationship management; direct to employer sales; repurposing/reworking by philanthropy development, internal communications, government relations, public relations and other community-facing teams. Exercise judgement to carefully discern care team-related information for development into promotional stories, advertisements, features, videos and other program-enhancing initiatives. Guide other marketing and communications team members to help ensure that everything conceived, produced and disseminated to any internal or external group aligns with all Dell Medical School branding standards. Support and further the particular strategic priorities and objectives currently in place, and contribute to the creation of a single, coherent Dell Medical health quality care delivery narrative. Serve as a resource to care teams to discuss new or developing programs or priorities, internally or externally to further program goals. Manage to a proscribed budget and maintain fiscal discipline and efficiency.

Required qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field and five years of experience in strategic and tactical marketing planning. Strong written and oral communication skills. Must be able to work independently as well as a part of a collaborative team. Demonstrated ability to implement creative solutions and take initiative, and comfort working as part of a small team in a startup environment. Demonstrated ability to take input from a diverse group of partners and stakeholders, execute on deliverables representing those views, and coordinate design and production details. Demonstrated ability to exercise resourcefulness and good judgment in a fast-paced environment. Ability to manage multiple streams of work. Detail-oriented. Excellent presentation skills. Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in related field. More than five years of strategic and tactical marketing planning. Previous brand and marketing experience in health environments. Website development experience to include strategic promotion and branding for a clinical enterprise.
