Purpose

Assist the Director of Development, Hospitality and Events and the Assistant Athletics Director of Donor Relations and Engagement in executing donor-centric gameday hospitality, stewardship and special events for the Longhorn Foundation.

Essential Functions

Assist the Director of Development, Hospitality and Events in executing all hospitality clubs and spaces for football, including catering coordination, and staff monitoring assignments. Manage basketball hospitality clubs, as assigned, on game day. Coordinate with the T-Association on events and other campus organizations as needed. Assist the Director of Development, Hospitality and Events in managing hospitality clubs and spaces for volleyball including catering coordination, and staff monitoring assignments. Assist the Director of Development, Hospitality and Events with donor participation in away game travel for football, men's basketball and women's basketball. Assist in the planning of away-game tailgates and receptions for football, basketball and other events as necessary. Manage RSVP process for football band and team planes. Assist with donor tracking and follow up for all Longhorn Foundation events: data analysis on donor demographics; Pull various reports needed in relation to donor invitations and follow up structure for all Longhorn Foundation events. Assist the Director of Development, Hospitality and Events with the execution of various donor events for the Longhorn Foundation: local, state-wide and national including but not limited to Athletics Director events, tailgates, post-season events, welcome receptions, campaign events and private dinners. Coordinate with other campus units to plan joint events. Coordinate the invite process for all special events, working with the data/analytics team to ensure that all information is correct and invites are executed properly. Drive a UT vehicle or rental car.

Licenses: Class "C" Operator's Driver's License. Applicant selected must provide a current three year Driving Record from the current state of residence. If not currently a Texas resident, must obtain a Texas Driver's License within 30 days after entering Texas as a new resident.

Other related functions as assigned.

Required qualifications

Bachelor's degree. A combination of one year of experience assisting with fundraising programs. Experience performing complex administrative functions. Equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree.

Working conditions
